The adidas Women's ASMC Barricade Tennis Shoe is designed for a tennis player who needs support and stability to compete at the highest level. The Barricade uses recycled BOOST material in an improved abrasion pattern for the shoes' medial upper. The tongue has been refined for a soft and stretchy feel.

For torsional stability, adidas built the Barricade with a TPU midfoot shank. New in this version is a dual-density midsole construction, which places a lighter and softer foam in the heel and a firmer foam in the forefoot. This creates more lateral stability and better overall comfort.
