The YONEX VCORE 100D 8th Gen Tennis Racquet continues the spin-friendly tradition of its predecessors. With this model, YONEX redesigned the shape of the beam for better racquet head speed. The upgraded frame structure helps minimize the effect of mishits to help increase spin.
The extended tapered inner frame creates more flex for improved ball pocketing. Vibration Dampening Mesh is wrapped inside the handle to filter unwanted vibrations. Thanks to a new oval design, the racquet's top grommets make the strings work harder for you to create more spin and snap back.
Where the VCORE 100D separates itself from the standard 100 is the heavier 10.8 ounce weight, and a more dense 16x20 string pattern. Players who want the added forgiveness of a larger head, but with added control, will love the VCORE 100D.
