Made from carbon steel Allows 3-4 servings Round bottom suitable for modern hobs with the use of a wok ring The handle and helper handle, made from bamboo, remain cool when cooking Dexam has teamed up with the charismatic Jeremy Pang from Covent Garden's School of Wok cookery school to create a wonderful collection of woks, accessories and kitchen textiles to enable enthusiasts to practice the art of Chinese cooking with excellence from the very start. This pre-seasoned wok is made from carbon steel which is quick to heat up and can be used at very high heat - giving your dishes a caramelised flavour. Also suitable for making curries, stews and deep frying.
We are proud to share that this wok was a finalist in both the 'Excellence in Cookware' and 'The Innovation Award' at the 2022 Excellence in Housewares Awards.
